Staying at Vandrerhjem was quite the mixed bag. On the one hand, Svaneke is undoubtedly charming and offers a cozy atmosphere, just what an ocean lover like me appreciates! The hostel lies conveniently near the ocean and has a lovely garden area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen and available laundry facilities are definite perks to balance comfort and economy. The experience wasn't without its hiccups. My sleep was interrupted by a birthday party that went late into the night. While it's a hostel and one should expect a bit of noise, the level was excessive. The owner's response to my concerns was less than satisfactory. I recommend considering if this value aligns with your pursuit of tranquility on your travels.
